Wicklow Boat Charters offer a broad range of Sightseeing Tours & Angling Trips for novices, keen anglers & tourists alike. We are based in Wicklow Town less than 40 minutes drive from Dublin.

Boat charters with a qualified skipper at all times. Angling & Dive Charters along with Heritage, Scenic and Wildlife Tours are available from 1 hour to 6 hour durations and can be tailored to suit your needs. All charters provide a safe and secure trip on board, a comfortable and stable boat with seating inside & outside, toilet facilities and complimentary tea & coffee.

Sightseeing Tours
Capture the beauty of Wicklow's coastline from the sea. Take in Wicklow's scenic and historic aspects including The Black Castle, St Patrick's landing place (Travelahawk Beach), Wicklow Head & Lighthouses, Silver Strand Beach and Brittas Bay.
Experience the abundant wildlife close up including seals, birds, dolphins and perhaps even whales!

Nature/Sealife Tours
Enjoy Wicklow's Coastal Nature & Sealife. Children & adults alike will love the birdwatching and seal watching along the rugged coastline. Try spotting our East Coast dolphins, while there is always a chance of spotting a whale!

Angling
The East coast waters off Wicklow are home to some of the best fishing in Ireland, with Wicklow boasting record catches of Tope, Bull-Huss, Ray, Smooth-Hound and Spurdog in recent years.
Gurnurd, pollock, whiting and codling can be caught on the inshore grounds or mackerel during the summer months.

Your Skipper
Kit is a qualified and experienced local skipper/angler with more than 30 years boat handling and angling experience. As a local Wicklow man, with experience in the RNLI, Kit has a wealth of knowledge of the local waters and coastline, maritime history and safety at sea.

The Boat
The LISIN I is a 10.5 Metre (35') Offshore 105 Boat, with spacious deck and cabin space which allow you to relax in comfort whilst enjoying the scenic views. She is fully licensed and equipped with all the relevant navigation and safety equipment. The boat is insured to comfortably carry 12 passengers plus 2 crew.
